The Charlotte office of Cadwalader is seeking an associate for its Banking & Finance practice group. Qualified candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in secured commercial lending transactions or other relevant finance practice, including syndicated and bilateral bank financings, asset-based lending, NAV financings, acquisition financings or commodity financings. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and solid law firm or in-house legal experience.
